Fresh Lighting and Appliances
We cancelled out the old dated light fixtures, patched the drywall and installed and wired new Energy saving LED's. Installed new appliances and new faucet. Hide My Eyesore
This backyard needed a little privacy fence to keep the sound down and hide the eyesore of the pool equipment. We were able to match existing fence and stain.
Front Door Update
Beautiful oak double door install. Finished out with a regal custom oak trim. Pictured with a Kwikset San Clemente lockset w/ keyless entry keypad.

A Budget Friendly Bathroom Remodel
This bathroom had a quick little upgrade. The cabs were in great condition and countertops were solid but both needed a color update. The lights and mirrors were unusually low and outdated. Both lights needed to be relocated and rewired. The countertops were re-glazed, cabs painted, 2 new modern mirrors, lights and shiny new chrome faucets. A quick paint job later and Viola! Perfect remodel without any of the major overhaul. Simple and Elegant.
